Overview

The Ocean Nova delivers the classic Antarctic expedition experience. With space for just 80 guests, this sturdy ship is designed for intimate and immersive adventures.

Maximum number of passengers: 80

Your expedition aboard the Ocean Nova is all about discovery. Thanks to its compact size, the ship can access remote coves that larger vessels can’t reach, bringing you closer to Antarctica’s breathtaking landscapes and amazing wildlife.

The cosy cabins feature large windows for spectacular views, while the Panoramic Lounge offers 200-degree vistas, perfect for admiring the scenery or enjoying fascinating talks from the Expedition Team. Dive deeper into the region’s wonders at the Polar Library, packed with resources to enrich your journey. Meals in the dining room are open-seating for a relaxed atmosphere, and the bar is a welcoming spot to unwind and share stories with fellow adventurers. With an excellent guide-to-guest ratio, the Ocean Nova is the perfect choice for an immersive and enriching Antarctic experience!

The ship is operated by a certified B Corporation, who have made a legal commitment to balance purpose and profit.  They must meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

If you travel across the infamous Drake Passage, take some ginger tea or ginger biscuits with you to banish nausea. It can also help to lay in a place where you can see the horizon and get air often.
