Providing two very different perspectives on Denali National Park, this tour explores the park by both road and air. Your adventure begins with a bus tour, which carries passengers into the heart of Alaska’s most well-known protected wilderness.
With an experienced naturalist guiding, you will learn all about the national park en route, before stopping to appreciate the one-of-a-kind wildlife that is encountered along the way. A two hour stop at Kantishna provides plenty of time to enjoy lunch and perhaps join an optional activity or explore the area at leisure.
You will then board a small bush plane for a spectacular scenic flight over the park, watching out for wildlife roaming in the vast, untouched wilderness below. The expansive park itself is a sight to behold, stretching out below your plane towards the horizon. The sheer scale and emptiness of Alaska can’t fail to impress when viewed from the air.
At the end of the day, you will be returned to the park entrance. Please note that wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed.
I understand that one size doesn’t fit all, and that’s why you have the freedom to design your experience, your way.
