The driver will collect you from your hotel and guide you through the major local attractions. The tour begins in Longyear Valley and through the town before heading out towards Adventdalen towards Mine 7. During the drive through the valley, you might be able to spot local Svalbard Reindeer. The next area on the tour is around the airport and Hotellneset, and a visit to the site of the Global Seed Vault. The guide will talk about the attractions, fauna, flora and the landscape through out the tour and you will have plenty of stops for photographs.
Stay alert wildlife lovers. Wildlife is everywhere, but not always obvious or close by. Binoculars are a must, and should be easy to grab at any opportunity.
