Snowmobiling on the infamous Eyjafjalajokull glacier is the perfect length of time for first-time riders and individuals looking for a scenic, fun ride, exploring and experiencing the wilderness, glacier and the breath-taking views over South Iceland.
The tour starts from the base near Seljalandsfoss waterfall and after gearing up and a short briefing you head up the mountain in a super jeep to the glacier where you will enjoy the snowmobile ride. On clear days you can expect to get great views as you glide through the snow over the nearby volcanoes, the Icelandic highlands and even the Westman Islands just off the South Coast.
