Our independent holidays are designed to allow plenty of flexibility. If there’s something you’d really like to experience, excursions and extensions can easily be added to your itinerary. You are then entirely free to decide how to spend the rest of your time – either relaxing, discovering local sites or getting out and about using local transport.
Across some of our destinations it is not logistically possible to experience the country by car due to vast distances. Travelling independently by rail, air or water can offer the perfect alternative or complement to a self-drive holiday.
