Book in complete confidence

  • You can choose to change your travel dates or transfer your booking to another person up until the point your final balance is due. We will charge an administration fee of £50 per booking, and your amendments will be subject to availability and the agreement of our suppliers, and any rate differences or non-recoverable costs will apply.
  • Should the situation with regard to travel to your booked destination change due to Covid-related reasons, such as UK FCDO advises against travel, or the local authorities impose restrictive quarantine measures upon arrival, we will get in touch to advise as to whether we will need to amend your itinerary or cancel your trip.
  • If you choose to cancel your booking our standard booking conditions apply.
  • If we have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason we will give you a full refund and not a credit note.
  • We can also recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy that provides extensive Covid-19 cover for medical, cancellation and curtailment.

The difference between us and the rest

Over our 40 years we have developed close relationships with the airlines, accommodations and other partners in our destinations and we’ll work together with them to give you the flexibility you need.

At Discover the World we ensure that you are looked after every step of the way with your safety and wellbeing our top priority. Rest assured that we operate our trips in accordance with advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), monitoring their ongoing guidance along with the advice from Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.
