One of the pleasures of driving a Motorhome around Australia is that you can park away from the main tourist areas and in some of the country’s most spectacular national parks. With over 180 parks across Australia and a choice of powered and non-powered campsites there is a wealth of choice on offer. Many parks also offer cabins as alternative style accommodation. Maui Motorhomes

All vehicles are high-quality and under 2 years of age with a guaranteed bed layout. With WiFi hotspot functionality, an App featuring “how to” operational videos, information on how to find and book campgrounds and activities, plus the location of fuel stops, you will have help at every turn.

Motorhome rental is quoted on an on request basis as prices can vary considerably depending on size of vehicle, dates of hire, duration, pick-up and drop-off locations. Maui Motorhomes operate a dynamic pricing policy which means that prices change according to the time of booking and popularity of the vehicle type – early booking is therefore recommended to secure the best possible price.

Rental periods

Please note that minimum and maximum rental periods apply and are subject to change. Minimum rental period is 5 consecutive days for the Ultima and Ultima Plus; and 7 days for all other vehicle types (other than peak travel periods during December-January when the minimum rental period is 10 days).

Maui Inclusive Pack

Rates include Liability Reduction Option, Single vehicle rollover cover, WiFi including 1GB of data, extra driver fees, linen exchange, picnic table, picnic chair per person travelling, child/booster seat if required, snow chains if required and portable fan heater if required. Rates are based on a calendar day.

Maui range

All vehicles feature automatic transmission, air-conditioning and heating, fridge, gas stove, microwave, toilet, shower, radio/CD, DVD player with flat screen and a turbo diesel engine. Motorhomes are supplied with freshly laundered linen and bedding, kitchen essentials including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, plus wine glasses and coffee plunger. You will also have all the general living equipment you will need. Maui recommends soft bags instead of suitcases for easy storage.

Licence & Minimum Age
A full current UK driving licence is required and the minimum age is 21.

Should a foreign licence be in a language other than English it must be accompanied by a current international driving permit issued in the same country as the driver’s licence was issued. An accredited English translation will be accepted in lieu of an international driving permit. If you are over the age of 75 years, a medical certificate is required at time of vehicle collection stating you are medically fit to operate a motor vehicle.
