Choosing a holiday isn’t easy. Typing a few words into a search engine might seem the quick, easy option, but it can quickly lead to information overload, confusion and frustration. More crucially, you will miss out on reliable, personal advice. For this reason, we are don’t offer online booking. Instead, we look to provide the personal touch, engaging with our clients on the phone, by email and/or in person.

Step 1: Get in touch

Step 2: Refine and perfect

Based on your requirements, your dedicated travel specialist will prepare and send a personalised quote with the price guaranteed for 48hrs. Take your time to review and if you’d like any changes, we’ll work with you to modify the details and will send a revised quote. We’ll keep refining until you are completely happy and ready to book.

Step 3: The small print and insurance

IMPORTANT

Having a valid travel insurance policy is a condition of travel with us. Should you wish to buy our recommended comprehensive travel insurance then simply advise your Travel Specialist at the time of booking.

Step 4: Book and pay

To secure your booking you will need to pay a deposit or in some instances the full balance. Deposits vary for different destinations, so your travel specialist will advise exactly what is required and when. We will send you a reminder when full payment is due usually 2-3 months prior to departure.

Following payment, we will confirm your holiday booking with our travel partners. When your arrangements have been finalised, we will send you a booking confirmation and information on how to access our travel app. The app will give you details of your day-by-day itinerary, including flight details, accommodation, transfers, excursions, travel tips, local maps, points of interest, and much more which you can access at home and whilst you are travelling.

* If you prefer to pay by cheque, please note that your holiday cannot be confirmed until the cheque has cleared.

Please note that advice can change at any time, so we recommend that you register for FCDO email notification of any changes.
